There are a variety of entry options to become part of the P&C team. In addition to our junior trainee program, we also offer students part-time jobs and internships . We have a trainee program for graduates with two main focuses: In 18 months you will learn everything you need to know for your work in our core areas of retail or buying and then start working with us as a junior buyer or general sales manager. You get exciting insights into all important areas of the company, can take on responsibility early on and put what you have learned into practice. In addition, we offer you a varied supporting program with targeted further training opportunities and personal mentoring.
