Almost 10 years ago, Munich boy Stuart Cameron thought about how it could be made easier for the LGBT+ community to recognize queer-friendly employers so that they could finally receive the appreciation they deserve. Wouldn't it be great if there was a trade fair where companies and organizations publicly stand up for the LGBT+ community? The basic idea for STICKS & STONES was born and now 10 years later, a small idea has become Europe's largest LGBT+ job and career fair. The entire STICKS & STONES family wants to celebrate this great anniversary with you. On May 25, 2019 it will be colorful, loud and crazy in the Funkhaus Berlin.
It doesn't matter whether you are gay, lesbian, bi, trans*, queer or straight (Straight Allies), whether you are just starting your studies or are about to graduate, whether you have an internship, a trainee position or are starting your career are looking for. The main thing is that you would rather work for an open and diverse employer, because then you are very welcome at STICKS & STONES. A quarter of visitors are now heterosexual! Why? Probably because they were born that way! No, kidding :) Maybe it's just the relaxed and open atmosphere at STICKS & STONES. But we don't know the exact reason.

STICKS & STONES is definitely different than traditional job and career fairs. There, the job search becomes an event. You will find the classics here, such as application photos or the CV check, but these are also pimped up.
Are you already looking for a job? Then use the easy CV upload option . This way you can reach all STICKS & STONES partner companies! Upload your CV to their website and perhaps get the opportunity to be invited to a personal interview at the trade fair.
Over 100 employers have already registered. Over 120 exhibitors are expected. Look forward to Netflix, Babbel, Inditex (including Zara & Bershka), Vattenfall, Coca-Cola, Baker McKenzie, Porsche, Lidl, Bloomberg or eBay. The offer ranges from A - like Allianz to Z - like Zara! There is something for everyone there.
In order to avoid long queues for the free application photos, you must register with STICKS & STONES in advance. Are normal application images too simple for you? Would you rather have photos that make you stand out from the crowd instead? No problem! For a special price you can have your photo taken by star photographer Philipp von Ostau. Feel like the former Germany's Next Top Model candidate, Hana Nietsche, or like rapper, Bushido. He already had both in front of his lens.
