The story
After the last part "Thor 2: The Dark Kingdom", the thunder god once again has to deal with his brother Loki, who has taken over the role of his father and ruler Odin. Thor's task now is to restore balance and dethrone his brother. At the same time, the goddess of death, Hela, appears on the scene and wants to finally destroy Thor's home Asgard. After she beats Thor in a duel, he is forced to flee and ends up on the planet Sakaar, where he has to fight a gladiator fight - against his fellow Avengers Hulk.
