In the next issue of UNIGLOBALE, which will be published at colleges and universities on February 12, 2016, we will dedicate our career focus to the topic of “Women & MINT”.

Because: The proportion of women in the areas of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and engineering is still significantly lower than that of men. Around 40 percent of graduates in MIN subjects are female, and in T subjects only 22.4 percent are female.

Initiatives like MINT Future or Come do STEM are committed to inspiring girls and women to pursue MINT courses and careers. And more and more companies want more female employees with scientific and technical know-how.
