Ingredients:
100g melted butter
200g brown sugar
2 eggs
150g flour
100g wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
100 g millet
4 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon butter vanilla flavoring
50 g chopped walnuts
Preparation:
1.Melt butter and sugar
2. Stir in flour, whole wheat flour, millet and baking soda
3. Chop up the bananas and add them
4. Add the remaining ingredients and process everything into one day
5. Grease loaf pan
6. Pour in the dough
7. Bake the banana bread at 180 degrees (in a preheated oven) for about 70 minutes.
